Hit the same wall with my 720 BE massman, only diff is my wall was 2200 air/2400 DI, hopefully the m4a79 will reveal if it was bios related.

Hmm, I heard a lot of people complaining about the M3 and M4 boards from Asus, especially regarding the NB multiplier. Let's hope it's indeed the bios which needs updates .

How did you ever manage to get 10s SPi with a PII?
I know enough to say you o'clocked NB but could you help a noob out and break-it down a bit?

I guess what I'm after is, whether or not this is achievable for an average Joe with a good water cooling setup?
And better yet... is it stable or usable?

Hehe ... the 10s need to be added to the other 24 minutes of the 32M run .
