The ud3p does a great job of cpu and mch references by itself; but, there is a
certain way you have to do it. Try this;
In bios set your CPU termination manually to 1.2
Then set your cpu ref to .76
Then set your mch ref to .76; not auto...
Then....Increase your CpuTerm to just a 'little' below your VCORE, maybe a notch or two. Your cpu and mch ref. will change when your change your VTT (cpu term)
If you are not completely stable after that; raise your mch ref one notch.
See if that helps. It has always worked for me.
