Looks like I maybe 1730 stable @ 8-8-8-22(prime stable for 35mins now). No volt changes from my 1702 settings. I think the tRRD 1 tRC 31 & TWR 10 made all the difference.

Here's the speed it gives me.

Edit...Nice L1 & L2 cache improvements with that Q9650. Tempting no doubt...I was reading the Q9650 thread..guys are hitting 4.4 pretty easy, but not with our motherboards or 8GB of RAM.
