I benchmarked it with HD Tune and the read performance was abysmal (around 20MB/s). Try that you never know, you could have the same buggy port.

Though I am very pleased with the overall performance of this board, there are an other 2 very annoying bugs: OC Profile doesn't work on this board (No RAID here) and the battery doesn't work either. In fact the battery slot is very badly inserted in the M/B. Since I very rarely shut down the PSU, it's not a huge problem, but still.

I think I have the same issue. 2 of my drives are plugged into ports 3 and 4 and when i try to access files, the drive(s) sounds like it is spinning up, clicks to ready state, then i can access my files. I have to find out why they are spinning down.
