i5 is probably too competitive that it surely would cannibalize i7 if released at the the same speedgrade.

It has to be sold cheap, and its nearly the same investment size-wise as a Bloomfield. So obviously it would have to be scrapped.


Next i5 part might be a Gulftown with 2 cores disabled. (So much for the bravado speech.)
