My B-batch-babe is 3837B017, and isn't exactly the same as yours, but all week37 B-batches are good.
When i tried @4GHZ HT:off, for a while ago, it was priming with 1.26v 
, i tried with different VVT, and it didn't seams to have much effect on it. You can try 1.26v too.
@4GHZ (211x19) HT:off, 1.26v, 2 hour primestable
