I think so, but I have to experiment more to conclude. So far, I have made several observations that it primes more stable with VVT close to Vcore at higher BCLK with HT:on.

At lower speeds and BCLK, @3.8GHZ HT:on (201x19), or when the HT is disabled @4GHZ HT:off (211x 19) this doesn't have much affect on prime stability.

But at higher speeds and BCLK and HT:on, @4.0GHZ HT:on (211x19), it seams to have a dramatic effect. It has been primeing much more stable with VVT close to Vcore. I had several several stable run (up to 10 minutes, but not longer because of the limitation of my cooling) with VVT close to Vcore (1.34/1.32), (1.32,1.32) range. Otherwise (when there is big gap between VVT and Vcore) it freezes at the first moment (or first minute) of priming, even with higher Vcore. This gap seams to have an effect on Vcore too, and I'm still working to find the sweet spot for my CPU ...
