Post your BIOS profile. And HDDs and fans don't draw a lot of power, so it still could be the PSU.

Thx for the answer. So it's FSB related. I was hoping it was something that could get my e7300 8x500 stable without requiring too much vcore. It's 7.5x500 stable now.
