For this setting I not touch about
"Clock Chip control" section just leave it at 800MV ,900 MV ,0PS,0PS

And sorry for my bad english if u don't understand something

you probably won’t need that much NB voltage, it won't fix anything and can cause problems if it's way too high.

i suggest you first try the following in BIOS... 1) don't set tRD value to 9, 2) reduce MCH core voltage, 3) set CPU PLL to 1.50 or Normal,
    4) increase CPU VTT to 1.32, it seems high, but try it out, 5) i'm not sure about your vcore setting, it's your CPU, you should know better, 6) leave all the ref. settings unchanged.
also try using the Geil ram kit again, but bump up vdimm a bit higher.

i also hope that Rattle could help you on this better.

that's nice, and looks like the OCZ kit overclocks well on your board.
can you install the ram sticks into yellow color dimm slots?

here's my quick 4 x1GB at DDR2-1333. it's still a too hot day for more volts on the ram

anyways, i think these days i prefer buying 2x2GB with low power but also high overclockable and the ram can take volts when i want to, like the Gskill 9600 PI, but too bad i can't afford it,
and it will be a little while before the kit has its price cut down to something around/below 180USD, or probably when more ram companies can produce more of the like DDR2 parts.

Just installed the chip a few hours ago.
    Running 4 x 2GB G.Skill F2 8500 @ 2.0v
System Memory Multiplier set to 2.00D, all other settings at Auto.

Are you having problems populating more than one slot?
Mine booted first time (stock settings) with no issues.
I have noticed that these particular G.Skills seem to prefer lower voltages, as I struggle towards a final setup I'll probably try undervolting them to see what happens.

These settings work for me, I ran all three Prime95 tests 8 hours each, plus 20 reps of Linx.

I've built 6 or 7 systems with the "R" board and so far all rev 1.0 north bridge coolers faced one way and the rev 1.1's the other.... all run just fine so there probably is no "wrong way".

Hey that would be perfect for my case as my mobo is upside down compared to normal, lol. So my current NB sink says gigabyte upside down.

Its funny though as the other writing on the board is right side up

    i just bought the UD3P...
    thing is, i have a Patriot D9GKX that is rated 533mhz 12-4-4-4
when i boot with E7200 i can reach almost 600mhz fsb with those memories.. but when i put into the board a Q9450 i just CANT boot with those 533 rated D9GKX's... just with a lame mushkin HP2 rated 800mhz...
its like the board won't boot on 333mhz fsb with a 533mhz rated memories..
the fact is that those rated 533 are better than those mushkin rated 800mhz
so, how can i boot the UD3P with a 333mhz fsb rated cpu(Q9450) and a 533mhz rated memories?
or the best question, how can i boot with MENUAL Settings for DDR2!?
im so pissed on this board right now

Is there any clocking difference, bios issues, or just problems between the EP45-UD3P and EP45T-UD3P? I looking to get one of them just wondering if one is a better ocer then the other. If theres no difference im looking to get the ddr3 version this go around.

Yes there are, DDR3 version is not as good as the DDR2 version for OC's.
