You should know better, it all depends what's under the hood

I know of DDR3-1333 rated kits that cost US$100-140 3GB or US$180-250 6GB (Australian converted prices not sure on USA prices) that can potentially do DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24 at 1.5-1.65v easy.

Jup, I know (though I have practically no knowledge of DDR2/3). But the topic says DDR3-2133 and he was posting 1333MHz mem. That was just a hint, hehe.

I think he increased his caffeine input because of this, so that should help the economy a bit, huh?

Just checked a Greek website and found them for 519 euro. Isnt it a little too much for a memory kit? http://www.plaisio.gr/product.aspx?p...727&catalog=20

Yes it is too much. Once you buy it, you will be stuck with it. After using it for a few months, and you think of re-selling them, you will probably take a $350 hit depreciation. Trust me, prices will go down once the Elpidas are more widely available.

The question is : is it a pretested kit or a commercial one...I hope we will have the same level of performances (and i hope my IMC will allow me such frequencies )

That's why Everest is not a primary benchmark I guess.

Oh man, My CSX Diablos are not even 6 months old and I want this kit already!

Hopefully Elpida will increase production and dont run out of them like Micron with D9s

I also like what i see here from this kit, but tbh i do not think that a comercial Adata 2133X kit will perform even close to it.

Thanx for the post pinto. I m a little concered tbh since adata states that kit need 2+v for c10. I dont think the 6Gb kit will differ so much than yours. I just need 2000-2100c8 max but @ 1.65 for daily use.
