Interestingly, this is exactly the same stable value that i have now for Cpu Vtt: 1.31v in Bios, 1.29v in SG, 1.30 idle in multimeter. But to get those measures i have to add this:
CPU VTT Special Add: +0.0375v
CPU VTT Voltage: 1.31v
VTT PWM Switch Frequency: Nominal
VTT PWM Phase Control: 2 Phase Operation
