    Something more with problem:

    FSB 333 - 3.2B DDR 1066 - MCH 1,2V -> RUN
    FSB 338 - 3.2B DDR 1080 - MCH 1,2V ->RUN
    FSB 333 - 3.2B DDR 1066 - MCH 1,22V and higher- Bootloop
    FSB 325 - 3.2B DDR 1042 - MCH 1,3V -> RUN
    FSB 326 - 3.2B DDR 1044 - MCH 1,3V -> Bootloop

    The same with 2.4B:

    FSB 445 - 2.4B DDR 1066- MCH 1,3 -> Bootloop
    FSB 433 - 2.4B DDR 1042 - MCH 1,3V -> RUN
    FSB 434 - 2.4B DDR 1044 - MCH 1,3V -> Bootloop

    Just thought I'd share my initial experience with this board. Got things fired up a couple days ago with my trusty E6700 (waiting on a new proc), so the system is as follows:

    Operating System- Windows XP
    Motherboard- GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel
    Processor- Intel Core 2 Duo Conroe E6700 @2.67GHZ
    RAM- G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
    Video Card- XFX GTX 285 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
    Hard Drive- 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black +74GB raptor + 500G Samsung
    Supply- Antec TruePower Quattro 850W
    CPU Fan- Tuniq Tower
    Case- Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel

    Installed windows and everthing went great, but in cpu z it was reading 2.1Ghz. Kinda strange, so I checked the bios and it had set my multiplier to 8 for some reason. Didn't really think anything of it and set it back to the stock 10.

    Then decided to do some quick OCing. For some reason the thing would not post if I upped the FSB anywhere over 266 with a x10 multiplier and changed the RAM speed multiplier to run at 533. Not even 3ghz. Kinda strange, so I changed the cpu multiplier to 8 and it booted anywhere I'd set it after that, 3.0, 3.2, 3.4,3.6, and 3.8ghz regardless of me changing the RAM multiplier to keep it at 533mhz. I only messed with multipliers, vcore, and FSB. I don't know enough about the other voltages to start messing with them.

    For some reason the board hated a x10 multiplier but is happy with x8. Just FYI I guess

    All of those fail for me. No matter what settings, if I have 2 sticks of ram in the mobo, it bootloops. If I have 1 stick, it fires right up.

    This is pissing me off. I have a rev1 and a rev 1.1 it does the same thing on both of them. Rev 1 was on f5 bios. rev 1.1 is now on f6 bios.
    Gaming/Rendering rig:
    eVGA X58 Tri-SLI
    Intel i7-970 w/ Corsair H100
    24gigs Corsair 2000s
    eVGA GTX580 3GB
    Too many HDD's
    LG Blu-ray player
    Corsair hx1050 psu
    Corsair 800D case

    That's a mystery I'm starting to believe this board doesn't like G.Skill's and Crucial so much especially low rated ones (below PC2_8500).
