Depending on how wide it is you could probably make both rads 480s, in my Lian Li PC-V2010 I have a TFC 480 with 25mm fans in the bottom compartment and it fits nicely, however I do have it on exhaust, people freaked about blowing air from the rad to the PSU but tbh by ZM-1000HP doesn't run hot at all, PSU is cold to tepid to the touch and the air it expulses is barely warm too, probably to do with the fact I'm not stressing it much though.Case Design...

When designing this case, I had it mind that the rads would be cooled with 38mm fans in push-pull, with 38mm shrouds between the fans and the rad. This combination would take up the full width of the case. That's why there is only a 360 rad in the bottom...

30mm optimal rite? Do you render first by making a wireframe model and exporting it to a renderer? What do you do after that? select settings?

I first designed the shroud in Adobe Illustrator and exported the paths as a DXF and imported it into Google Sketchup. After extruding the path, I exported the model into Kerkythea (using the SU2KT plugin) and applied materials (available on the Kerkythea website), an HDR lighting environment, and rendered with the Metropolis Light Transport setting.
