I'd recommend Foxconn BlackOps X48. the board with the best and most powerful PWM i have ever had. 2.35-2.4V stable on Prescotts/Cedar Mills, PWM doesn't even get too hot. Note that you will need to BSEL mod it to properly run 533FSB CPU.
