    Yeah some people do still have IDE drives and pci sound cards.

    Not that many sound cards are made in pci-e format from what I've seen.
    Legacy components for the people that don't have the top of the line stuff and nothing but is still important.

    I think clonez is right about the phase setup 10+4+2.

    Took a look at the m3a78-T deluxe and that board had 4+1 for for core/Northbridge andthen had 2 over by the memory. Which is how this one is setup.
