Orthos and prime95 running make me think it is your RAM. Loosen up your timings and up your DRAM voltage a bit, try 1.9V. Can you pass memtest?
Turn off load line calibration.
Windows changing to classic? Did you corrupt your windows installation. You should never mess around with sata and PCI buses. Maybe a Mhz her or there on the PCIe.
