Ok. I ve got the results below of the first changes pending a collection of advice from some of you wizards. However, and a very odd behaviouris that when i set the mem timings manually in bios, they seem to revert to auto when I check in cpuz or memset!! Anyway, managed to modify in memset but 10% in memtest and got errors so I am assuming either more volts or lousy memory and need to drop a few mhz & see how that goes. Will keep you posted..but would appreciate your feedback.
