eva2000 - do you like your 3520/SSD set up?
I have been very pleased with mine so far - see link in my sig.
Question - I was never able to figure out how to change the block size on the 3520 - what 3520 bios and driver are you using?
Mine is - HPT 3520 FW - v1.2.22.16, BIOS setting utility (driver?) is v1.3.1016
I wonder if a later bios/driver adds the ability to change block size?

EDIT - I see it - "Before plugging in the OCZ core SSDs, I flashed the 3520LF controller to latest bios and firmware versions, 1.40.0416 and 1.3.28.16 respectively." But did this allow you to change the array block size?
