Problem resolved.

New PSU TT 1500W Toughpower and the board is powering up without issue. Finally resolved and I can use the thing and move on.


Thanks fornowagain for suggestion to try a new PSU (something I overlooked because the TT 1200W Toughpower had been working fine on other systems), you were the only one to suggest a solution of relevance.
