try enabling HT and see where your temps go. HT adds ~10-15°C, plus you need to increase Vcore to get the same clock stable.

I haven't said its not possible, but look at your temps, all above 90°C in summer you will run 100% into the point where the cpu beginns to throttle.

Plus your on a 965 which is binned better.
