Anything more than this and I get a nice BSOD with the error of MACHINE_EXCEPTION_CHECK. So I don't know if its either a board, cpu or memory limitation.
If I put my 2gb of Team Xtreem memory in I can get it to boot into windows @ 4.9ghz but if I try to run a 1m SuperPi it reboots.
Memory is currectly PC2-8000 G.Skill and I can say I'm not overly impressed as overclocking headroom past 1000mhz is very small.
Sounds like you'll need more vcore, fsb, or chipset voltage for that one...or maybe better cooling(dunno what you have). Whether you like to push past that vcore is up to you.
