I think a lot of people will be able to give you an answer months down the road, since many including myself are using that voltage. Since intel increase specs up from 1.45 max core (45nm core duos) to 1.55 max core on i7, I am expecting these to tolerate more than 45nm core duos.

I am using 1.412 bios with LLC enabled, which is same load voltage as using 1.461 bios without LLC. And many are running 1.45 bios LLC on, and some using 1.45 near load....so time will tell.
