Mine does 653/1484/1250 I believe. It would be worth it to me fore $33, but I'm not sure about you, unless heat/power consumption is an issue, especially if the new card does not OC as high.
Can you upgrade from a vanilla to a superclocked? As m0da said, is it worth the extra $10?
