I finally managed to get a screen shot with the the folowing changes:
DRAM Frequency: DDR3-1333
timings 9-9-9-24
dram voltage: 1.7v
I tinkered around with the nb voltage, 1.1, 1.12, 1.18, 1.2 and didn't make any difference.
