You can remove the waterblock (4 screws, so should be able to replace as well) and not install the big ugly pcie slot cooling accessory (which decreased nb temps only 1-2c).
So, if the extra cooling isn't that good, the best choice would be UD5?
Because, UD5 is like 50€ cheaper than extreme...
