Sadly, I am not able to boot into Windows without going above the max recommended voltages when going for 4.0Ghz!

I was able to run 24/7 at 4.0Ghz on 1.38v core and 1.1v FSB on my Abit.

With this board I need 1.41v core, 1.5v CPU termination and 1.6900v PLL.

I did do one more max FSB run and was able to hit 550Mhz which is 50Mhz higher then I could hit with the Abit board.

I just wish I had a spar CPU laying around!
