The shown card "Typ 2" is a Club3D 4870 OC-version. You will not find it on the website of Club3D (nor in the shops, they are all showing old pics of old layout), the layout has changed in the meantime. But I have it (1 GB version, bought 01.12.2008) and I know it for sure. The layout is the same for 512 MB- and 1 GB-version. Aquacomputer uses these cards for their "ready-to-go-cards".
What is more, Powercolor changed their layout of the PCS+-version, too. It looks the same now (with analog mosfets):

I put a Aquacomputer Aquagratix Typ 2 on my card - seems to be the one and only fullblock-solution for this layout at the moment:
