yea, he's a gamer and stuck a 8800GTX in it and thinks it's the nuts..
Now elec in Montreal is app 4.5 cents per KW/h so it's not a big issue up there.
Hell, I'd take machines there to run but getting them across the border is nuts now.
Last time I went up I brought him an old IBM Intellistation and came close to popping one of the canadian customs guys. Arrogant SOB and got right in my face. I told him he had a count of three to step back or I was going to plant him in the sidewalk..
yea,I started counting and he moved.. looked 22 and built like Mark Spitz..
I had 50lbs on him and looked like I did in that pic with the Northern Pike..
I think he got scared..

If I could figure out a way to send Duh the other MB, CPU, and heatsink without his customs trying to burn him a new one I would.
