    Sure...the settings in bios as follows:
    CPU PLL: 1.5v
    VFSB: 1.153v
    VNB: 1.153v
    CPU GTL's : +10/-40/+10/-40
    NB GTL: +20mV

    Will try to lower further if possible, although i am very happy with this.
