ok what i did now was lower the voltages one notch above minimum and enabling LLC and disabling CPU and PCIE spread spectrum, the setup looks like this now:

i didnt touch gtl voltages or references coz i presume they wont overvolt above safe values or will they, is there anything out of the ordinary with this setup or is it safe for 24/7 use?
