If this is a hidden setting in bios, (at this point I would think it has to be), I wish GB would let us turn it on or off, ie make the setting visible....though I guess we can by changing bioses...There are pluses and minuses to both ways.
    I agree control over that feature would be very cool it opens things up for 920 users if this is possible I would hope all the manufacturers would make this option available.. So actually you get a 21 multiplier all you have to do is enable turbo for 21 and disable for 20 that's great actually.. I don't see a negative side to this what so ever...

    P.S. I finally stabilized the 920 at 4.0Ghz on the P6T Deluxe I will post some pics in a bit after I prime for a few more hours but I got 3 hours of prime95 in now and it looks like it's finally stable..
