There is no way to, drive strength = current, vdimm = voltage, without being able to control current, the only way to increase clocks is to pump the voltage. You can play with dram Vtt & Vrefs, and also MCH Vref, but they have minimal effect, just fine tuning.

Possibly, could also be the chipset, it's hard to say without owning one. I'm interested to see how your UD3P goes, so be sure to post some everest and SPI32M when it comes in

From PangingIII's results, it looks like my board is faster in SPI32M, but some more comparisons would be great.
