but i found out whats the issue
its the dram vtt... that causes the hang
so eventhough 86 says ure mem is stable at that vdimm
u need to balance the mem vtt/nb dram vtt with the vdimm.

i guess thats why this mobo is very fussy about overvolting ure vdimm.

i've had no probs with dram/nb vtt. it was def. the skews causing hangs for me. i may have a play l8r tho to see if i can lower any voltages
i always use hci memtest, memtest86 takes far too long to find any errors
