Idk but i do know these things can handle a bit more heat than the core2 series. i've seen people at 90C and even 100C and it not fry there chips.. but i'm sure they were'nt running there system 24/7 like that.. Intel likely will not release the TJ Max values until these things are about to go off the market

i've found a test with stock cooler where the temps are going to more then 70° and intel specs for the thermal design show 67.9°c TcaseMax for 130W
that would allow i think around 70/75 safe for 24/7
