Well, I don't know if you had checked the manual, but sometimes when your system doesn't post, you can try to restart it and then during boot press DEL, until the system starts normally.Then you can insert the BIOS and change the faulty settings.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work always and sometimes only by clearing cmos by jumper, solves the problem..
