You won't get higher than ~3,2Ghz on those chips due to FSB limitation, which they will run at stock Vcore or even undervolted, so you need max. 150W for both CPUs. However, EK Supremes are truly restrictive, so you'll need a decent pump to run 2 in one loop, so getting that laing might be a good idea.
