Disable CnQ; set ACC +4 for all cores; increase NB vid to 2.6. You should be able to get 3.1 (207 * 15) at 1.35 cpu vid. I am at 208 * 15.5 or 3224mhz. My cpu vid is 1.38 and ACC is +4+2+2+4 But I am under water. 3.1 should still be pretty cool on air.
