I don't know about prices where you live but here the HP LP3065 was the cheapest of them all, it has the exact same panel as the 3007wfp-HC. I got mine very cheap and no dead pixels

You should also check out the LG W3000H (LG is the manufacturer of all 30" IPS panels), it has the rev 5 panel same as Dell 3008 but without the scaler, seems you can get it pretty cheap.
