    The dram freq is to high, use the up down arrows to adjust, you can use the 333 strap or 400 to see whats available for you. 848MHz or 1020MHz should be ok for you.
    1020 will allow for better PL but running 1:1 4-4-4-12 PL10 if your ram will do cas4 would give just about = performance otherwise run 1020MHz PL8

    And set what ever volts your cpu needs after this
    4x1GB sticks will be harder on the NB than 2x2GBs so you might have to up the NB a few notches to get everything stable

    @Grnfinger

    Ok I set everything that you suggested, I set the Dram freq at 1020, I set the vcore at 1.312 and the dram voltage is at 1.9000 (could be off a little, but its 1.9 something). I think something is off, I have not run any stress tests yet, but it booted and seems ok, but if you look at the cpuz image it shows the core speed at 2550mhz and it jumps up to 3825 every once in a while, I assume that is not correct?

    Disable intel speed step. Thats a way to save power.. it downgrades the CPU when not in use... goes back up when you use it..

    Ok thanks, I was looking in bios and it said it was at 3.8ghz, so this makes sense now. It reads correct now.

    I am running Prime95 now, its has been going for about 30 minutes, my NB temps are anywhere from 48-52 C. is this ok and how long do I need to run Prime 95 to consider it stable?

    Those temps are fine. Most people run prime for 8hrs blend and 8hrs Small fft. Thats what i do. I also loop 3dmark06 about 10 times at highest res and AA and AF on.

    I might buy this mobo, but im not sure if the Tuniq Tower 120 mm will fit to the mobo?
    Those passive "coolers" look pretty big.

    E: can this board eat DDR2 and DDR3 ?

    @ Grnfinger

    Ok I ran Prime95 for a total of 14hrs, 8hrs on blend and 6hrs Small fft and every test passed, was that long enough to run? I also ran 3dmark 06 on high resolution and with AA on high looped to run each test 8 times without any problems, does this mean it is a stable overclock? or do I need to do some more testing? Is my dram freq (510mhz) seem to be running at the proper speed?

    I want to say than you for your help, I obviously am new to this and you helped out a great deal.

    The dramfreq in cpuz is 510mhz, that is ok? Will the overclock hurt my cpu in any way?

    Again thanks....
