The reason i'm asking all these questions is cause i made a new cascade with two rotary compressors ( 30cc each one ) . I don't have very good evap temps (-107c idle , -96c with 230watt cartridge) cause the vacuum is very high (about 15hg under load) . I'm using 1.7m 0.078 ... but i think i have to try something like 1.5m (or 3m 0.091) .

have your tried adding more 1150 to get it to 5-10hg low side pressure.
more gas will hold higher loads. but ya need a good first stage to handle the second stage and an expansion tank
