    How's that for community love...

Kindly refrain from your veiled remarks of hate propagation
    for the offer

@Martin: I can imagine the feeling...from testing and comparing results, to testing and being made to test more. The minute something new shows up, its "send a sample to Martin!!"
Its no longer fun or a hobby if you're the only one doing it...with eager people waiting for results and even more "work" showing up on your door as the fame grows

Alright, last post from me...think I've spoken way too much

    @ Martin
All I can say is thank you, you have made your decision so I will respect that.

I am starting my first WC rig, I always use your site as a reference and test it out myself sadly I only bookmarked the site I didn't do any back up but I have read the articles on your site 2 to 3 times maybe that could be a start.

Thank you and wishing you the best in your new endeavors.

Thanks Martin. Do whats right for you, no hard feelings. It's hard to let go of a DIAMOND that sparkled and was free and was pur science, no garbage. Better than 90% of all the science type channels. When the gem wants to go it's own way it hurts, but we have to accept it. I release you to a life of kids and fun.

Thanks, you are smarter than all of us look, at least by our sigs eh? Having Dilbert in yours just always got me, I love his life stories.

Since you decided to scrap your data, the one thing i would request is that you give more information about your testing methodology. I have yet to find anything that really details how you go about testing different components, and what kind of testing equipment is needed to accomplish this. I see people talking about testing this or that, but virtually no information on HOW to go about doing the same.

If you want to encourage others to do testing, pulling information pertaining on how to test and the equipment required makes no sense whatsoever.

thank you for all of you hard work and time.

    guys cut martin some slack.

Dude, you dont know how long he's been doing this.

Like scott said im surpised also he stuck out this long.

You should of seen him when he first started. I mailed him a VERY BIG BOX to test. That itself almost made him quit.

Then he did my TEC blocks, which im suprised HE didnt quit after.

Here let me show you what i sent him the first round:

That looks like a lot now, but if you think about how long he's been doing this, and all the reviews he's done, that list there is absolutely nothing.

Martin u pull a houdini on me, i know where you live.

Seriously stay around and just be active in chatting, lay low on the testing if your stressed out.
I value our friendship, and id hate for you to disappear.

Plus i know your dying to see how im gonna get bei fei to do hera and eva chan's full board blocks.
Yes i got him to commit to it.

First board to roll out fc block bei fei style will be the asus p6T.

sorry to see you leave martin, the information on your site was nothing short of phenomenal, and I have to say you really did seem like one of the old school guys who didn't bicker and just looked at things with the right approach.

now maybe everyone that immediatly jumped up and said "martin test this please" or "could you send a sample to martin" will just do what we all did when watercooling was newish, look at what was out, and buy what we thought was good, and not bicker about this block being better then that block.

I applaud the logic behind your decision, and I hope that what you would hope to happen in the future does, because like you, I think the whole community would benefit from that change.

    Thanks guys,

No need to say goodbye all together, I'll be around, just not going to do the testing anymore is all. Taking the job back out of the hobby and that simply means shutting the website down and testing effort. If I take those two things away, I'm back to leisure and that's what I'm after. The ability to hang out without the stress of testing or the website. I still enjoy the forums and all the discussion here.

Testing methods are something I'm sharing with Skinnee. He has already talked about doing some of that on his site anyhow. We've been talking regularly via email and will continue to do so..

Anyhow, thanks for all the support. I'd encourage everyone to carry on with the good of the order, more specifically having fun!
