And one more ... ... What are the running pressures of the 2nd stage ??? Idle/load ... both low and high .
didnt run prime1024 sorry, i know with a quad core around the 84% things get real hot.
E8500 with 1.85v warmest i seen load was -104c i think after 4 hrs benching.
idle the second stage is around 200psi, after 4 hrs benching around 220psi.
low side pressure would be around 10hg idle and a few hg load
with 310w load it was a few psi load

firstage was around 4psi low and not too sure high stage pressure, under 200psi i suspect.

What's your thinking on the delta here?
Say the evap temp is -50... do you account for a diff of 5C? 10C?
or are you assuming the core's are almost the same temp as the evap?
i dont really take much notice of die temps as it changes from motherboard to motherboard and cpu to cpu.
maybe first mount on a a cpu, i let the run pc at stock and then boot into bios and watch die temps compared to evap temps, normally a few c difference between the 2, wait till it hits 60c then shut cooler off. if i have a bad mount temps will be alot hotter and pc normally crashed before dies reach 60c. then i start the cooler and bench.

also gigabyte mobos only read down to around -8x c and no lower, at load die temps stay the same, ie colder than -8x c
