    I would assume it's because your running your IMC 100mhz faster (mines @ 2250). Also there are still some quirks with high clocks and 1066 mem mode on this board/bios so my ram is actually running @ 900mhz (800 mode /225 HTRef clock).

    2250 is the best I can get on my IMC at reasonable voltages (1.3vid), and I don't want to crank it up too much. I've heard too many horror stories of degrading IMC's with high voltages...

    EDIT: Actually I just looked at that SS again and my IMC was only @ 2000 on that run...

    With the IMC at default and core clock at 2.8GHz, I was pumping 32 GFLOPS in 64b mode after BIOS 1.65.

    Hmmm... Can't really explain it then.

    Maybe it's because I'm running a 32bit OS and both of you are running 64bit?
    Or maybe the bios on this board just aren't quite up to speed yet...

    32b mode? That must be it. I noticed that the 64b version does have significantly higher throughput when I was testing between the two.

    Maybe it's just my rig, but it worked pretty well before...

    On my 9950 140w chip, I have been playing with higher NB and this stress test. I found so far, running 3.2ghz CPU and 2400mhz NB, I will fail all but one pass. No matter what i did voltage wise to NB MEM or CPU. Now, if I bring HT from 2000mhz to 2400mhz to match the NB, I will pass all. It has been consistant. I wonder if AMD makes the HT and NB the same for this vary reason?,...just thought I'd pas this on incase it is relavent.

    If I remember correctly, I saw a couple of Phenom overclocking guides that mention that NB and HTT should be in sync, or at least the NB should be less than the HTT.

    Updated to v1.9
    - Official Intel(R) support for Core i7 processors
    - Fixed a bug that caused crashing when using a 32-bit OS and having more than 2 GB of memory free
    - Changed interface colors for better visibility
    - Revised "wordy" prompts
