RMA / customer support service in Australia is... painful at best, when u do get it

is anyone with a sossy rig, that resides in the USA, willing to help me out?
My proposal:
I send you my -quite likely- bad stick of DDR2-400 ECC+REG, you plug it into ur sossy mobo, confirm/dismiss whether it is truly DOA & then possibly RMA to Kingston

I have no other way to test it.
& RMA is *that* painful here..
