You can always go the safe route and get a Seasonic S12-II 430W. It has full EPS capability, 8pin + 4pin 12V and >85% efficiency, so it can power DUal S771 rigs as well. Plus it's rather cheap for a great quality PSU. Decently quiet ADDA 0,33A fan, too.
I will be using that for my E5420's... should be cheaper than the VX, which is a great PSU as well.
