I really wonder whether they tested this board before release!!

    - I have RAID Problems at set-up but I found what my problem was. I raided 0 three Samsung F1s and I made to partitions one 150GB and one huge 2.8GB (the rest). Unless I delete the second big partition windows will not recognize my RAID array at during setup.

    - I really trying to set it up with OCZ PC3 Platinum 12800 - (AVOID THIS RAM with this board).

-For a strange reason the board fails to turn on many times and I have to turn off my PSU (Thermaltake 1200Watt) on and off many times. Grrrrrrrrrrrr this is ridiculous.

I finally corrupted my Vista installation and I can't even repair unless I delete the second partition. So I am using a forth TB disk to install Vista there again, move the data from the big partition (the 2.8GB) that causes recognition failure at set up then boot from cd and repair the original installation. After that I will disconnect my RAID disks and experiment with the single disk installation after I make an image from it.

I ran into simular issues & found that putting the 4+4 pin connector on the MOBO instead of the 8 pin solved my issues.

This was due to the fact that the 8 pin is on a shared rail, while the 4+4 is solely on rail 2.

    Hope that helps.

Yes that did the trick and I have no more issues with power on/off.

I have also managed to get the board stable with my Q9550 @ 4080Ghz 1600 Mhz Ram 1T 7-7-7-18 with 4x1 Cellshocks 1600. I am now testing 490FSB with RAM @ 1668 and same latencies and I think I am close to stability. Will report back.

As soon as i get it stable at 490FSB I am stopping and will try set up the 3x1TB RAID 0 array again.

    *EDIT*

LOL I managed to install Windows on 3X1TB Samsung F1s but one of them crapped out. The hell with RAID 0 unless I get a good controller the Intel one is not the way to go.

Do you think I am pushing it with 3 x TB Disks? (Actually 4x1TB I have a hitachi hooked as well).

I do believe you mean a 2.8TB partition. Someone correct me if I am wrong on this, but IF you are using Vista32 there is a 2TB limit to what it can address, which you are exceeding.
