Asus P5E3 Premium Wi-fi-AP

I'm back again with good results.
Here are my settings, at 3.6Ghz Finally STABLE.
I was running Prime 95 for 10 hours without any errors.

My System:
CPU: Intel QX9650 - batch L744B175
MOBO: ASUS P5E3 Premium Wi-Fi / Bios 0505
RAM: Corsair Dominator XMS3 TW3X4G4096-1800C8DF (1800Mhz) 2x2GB
GPU: Asus Ati HD2900XT 512MB (soon Ati 4870x2)
PSU: ENERMAX Galaxy 1000 Watt

My settings:
CPU Ratio = 8.0
FSB Strap = 333
FSB Freq = 450
PCIE Freq = 105
DRAM Freq = 1800
Command Rate = 1N
Timings = 8,8,8,22
DRAM Static Read Control = Disabled
DRAM Dynamic Write Control = Disabled
CPU Voltage = 1.12500 (Bios)
DRAM Voltage = 1.80
NB Voltage= 1.55
Load Line Calibration = Normal
CPU Spread Spectrum = Disabled
PCIE Spread Spectrum = Disabled
Memory Remap Feature = Enabled
Vanderpool Technology= disabled
All other settings is auto.

Hi,

I have very same configuration means QX9650, p5e3 deluxe wifi and sticks Corsair 4 GB DDR3 1800. After changing the settings I could boot 1st time but then from second time I could only get to splash screen on Asus Gate and then no matter if I try to enter BIOS or OS PC turns off!

I made a cold reset of CMOS and then make all changes again (as it was back to 133 MHZ in BIOS) but only left memory timings according to datasheet:
2N, 8,8,8,24. Exactly the same result. Can not boot 2nd time. Only splash screen. I am tired of dismantling PC and making CMOS reset. Please help!
