Well, compared to Skinnee my tiretracks where more like a gentle neckrub nothing a quad or two cant fix, of course its the thought that counts and not the points, but I'd say call Dr.Sig for advice on how to squeeze another quad out of that cc anyway

can't remotely afford another rig, still finishing my current one. just ordered Vista Ultimate and hope to install 64bit this weekend so that will give me a slight bump in work and points. i'll then be able to reinstall linux 64bit which is where i'll spend most of my time and get a bigger bump still.

So far I am doing good. Just wish I had the hardware that some of you do.

we do what we can when we can. as a lil fyi of what to expect, i was on an AMD x2 the last 11 months and turned in 1400 results at 800,000 WCG points and your C2D will do better.

Right now I got 8K BOINC with only the Harper, Q6600 and one Wolfie. Planning to go to around 12k within the next 2 weeks. You got more than that?

Yep, we do what we can, Linux? I wish I had the patience to learn it, as for Vista, good choice, sure many bash it but once you get used to it you wont go back to xp.

What ya adding, that seems like a nice little bump! Just a hair more than 12k, I have some eval units that will be coming in that I have to put through their paces for 3 months, now if only I could run WCG on Cisco Gear, I've got that coming out my ears.

Yeah, mysticmerlin and i have 9 quads at various levels of overclocking and we've only been averaging about 16-18k ppd - but it depends on your budget and how big an electric bill you can tolerate. If you add 4 quads oc'd to around 3.4-3.6ghz, you could probably pull away.

Also planning to set up some minor stuff, the mobo of my HTPC blew so I'm redoing it so the X2 can crunch as well. Also got a few Socket A rigs here, need to see whether they are worth the elec cost or not.
