Why did you raise the HT Voltage, Core/PCIe Voltage and the NB PCIE PLL voltage? Do they have any effect to OC?

I have M3A79-T board and the HT multi switch does not have effect when I try to set over 10.00x (2000MHz).

When doing Cinebench there was an increase...Time was1:07 score was around 13196
Sometimes when I booted up it didnt take in affect untill I changed it in AOD
