    How about E5200 with Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L ?
    http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/...ProductID=2693

What is the maximum overclock settings that will not decreased the lifespan of E5200 or the board?

Sorry, i'm just newbie in overclocking.
    Thanks!

Don't use vcore exceed 1.536V. for water cooling & 1.40V. for stock heatsink ,vnb 1.30V. & vdimm 2.1V.

I think it safety for 24/7 used.

I agree with the vcore numbers but this northbridge can handle 1.5v and the ram, who cares, this is xtreme systems OC. The goal is to try and kill a processor without actually killing it.

    Here is some OC music

Thats the cooler I used in my last 2 builds for customers with an e5200. Overclocked for 24/7 use 3.5ghz 333fsb X 10.5 intel burn stable for 20 passes max temp was 66c. I could overclock higher but I sell the pcs with a warranty. Don't want any problems so I go for a good overclock not max.

I got one of these for a new build - Made in Malaysia - Q833A194. Straight watercooling. Vid: 1.1625v. Thought I would test it on my Asus MFII first
Would not boot at 400 FSB

    Runs 3.3Ghz at only 1.136v (10 x 333)
    3.6Ghz was tested at 1.28v (10 x 360)
Prime stable. This one is a nice and cool running cpu for air cooling
